Oxygen Technologies, a leading Managed Services Provider, is looking to add an IT Support Technician - Tier 1 to our growing Winnipeg team

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Install, configure and support computer hardware, including workstations and network equipment
- Document work completed and resolution in our incident tracking system with high attention to detail
- Ensure client documentation is always updated
- Ensure timesheets are accurate and updated in real-time
- Provide on-call support on rotation as required (typically 1 week per quarter)

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 2+ years of related IT experience preferably in a Managed Services environment - This is an entry-level to intermediate technical role
- Certification or extensive experience in relevant technology (e.g. Microsoft, VMware or Cisco)
- Virtualization - VMWare and Hyper-V
- Windows Server 2012+
- Exchange and Microsoft 365
- Active Directory administration
- Group Policy administration
- Understanding of networking concepts including switches, routing, firewalls, etc
- Windows DHCP and DNS administration
- Experience with PSA and RMM tools would be an asset
- Self-motivated and dedicated team player
- Exceptional problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a vehicle

Work Remotely

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
