**The Role**

Reporting to Regional Marketing Manager, NAM, we are seeking an energetic and collaborative Regional Marketing Specialist with a passion for building community and delivering results. The Regional Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the North American market. This role requires a deep understanding of the target market, event management, marketing campaign execution, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Leverage digital marketing campaigns to drive organic and paid leads and evaluate effectiveness and
- costs as it relates to the region.
- Achieve expertise in Salesforce CRM and Marketo systems for targeting audiences and streamlining responses.
- Deliver on MQL and Pipeline targets to drive revenue.
- Events and Campaigns
- Execution of marketing activities in North America (Canada, USA, Mexico).
- Demonstrate return on investment (ROI) that shows insight and learning that leads to more effective campaigns.
- Manage customer-facing events like tradeshows, online workshops, lunch and learns sessions, etc.
- Manage contractors who aid the region in execution of events and campaigns.
- Manage the ordering, inventory, and storage of equipment that is used for numerous different trade shows.
- Align with brand management and corporate strategy to extend the Seequent identity within the region.
- Building on global segment messaging, tailor marketing content and activities to regional needs.
- Meet regularly with global Customer Experience teams and other regional teams to establish collaboration.
- Provide enthusiastic encouragement to inspire momentum within the NAM business unit

**To be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Understanding of basic graphic principles and familiarity with Canva or the Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in event management and strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- French and Spanish fluency are considered assets

**Additional Information**

Office-based working environment, work from our Vancouver, Canada office three or more days per week.
