What is bbtease?
Hand crafted tea beverages are our specialty, but that’s just the beginning. Drawing on our passions for tea, coffee, mixology, and craft artisanship, we’re creating products that break the rules. We’re choosing not to be afraid of boundaries and are taking inspiration across disciplines, as well as taking the best that tradition has to offer.
What we’re looking for?
We believe that positive people are the reason great things happen, and that great things are often more than just a sum of its parts. We're all about serving great drinks, made with fresh tea, wholesome ingredients, and having a good time while doing it. We’re looking for people that want to grow with us, and have fun with us. Whether you love tea, coffee, cocktails, craft beer, or all of the above, we’d love to hear from you.
Using a mix of in-store training and hands-on mentorship, you’ll learn how to:
- Craft bbtease beverages, prepare specialty tea and coffee, and then some.
- Learn about ingredients. Ingredients are half the battle, and you’ll learn about each ingredient we use in order to enrich the experience we serve.
- Grow customer service skills through mentorship and coaching.
- Be a part of a team that values people first.
