**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary staff and contributing to the overall efficiency of our food service operations.

**Duties**
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pans, and utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dish area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by cooks or kitchen staff.
- Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with kitchen staff and management.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent hospitality.
