**Sanitation and Cultivation Technician**

Position summary:
As a Sanitation and Cultivation Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our cultivation facility while assisting with essential tasks in the cannabis cultivation process.

This is an entry-level position. Experience in sanitation or cultivation in the cannabis industry is preferred but not a requirement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all cultivation areas are kept clean, sanitized, and organized
- Assist in the sanitation of tools, equipment, and cultivation rooms
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including floors, surfaces, and workstations
- Assist with basic cultivation tasks, such as cloning, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants
- Complete paperwork and other documentation as required
- Monitor plant health and report any issues to the Master Grower/ Team Leads
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), strict hygiene protocols and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Dispose of waste according to company and regulatory guidelines
- Assist with other duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Entry-level position; experience in sanitation or cultivation in the cannabis industry is preferred but not required
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Must possess basic math skills for measuring cleaning agents and solutions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Must be legally eligible to work in the cannabis industry

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
