**In-Home Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**

Premier Built Garages is growing

Are you someone who loves people? Do you have outside direct to customer sales experience? Premier Built Garages is looking for an energetic and motivated person to join our dynamic sales team.

Premier Built Garages has been in the residential construction industry since 2008, specializing in detached garage construction for some of Edmonton’s largest home builders as well as the public. This year we’re looking to expand even further into the retail/private sector of this industry, get in on the ground level as an In-Home Sales Representative with opportunity for growth and advancement.

The In-Home Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Manager
- 2 or more years outside sales experience
- Extensive residential construction experience required ie; new home builder superintendent etc
- Flexible working schedule including evenings and weekends
- Administrative experience
- Working knowledge of social media
- MUST be a Team Player
- Must have a willingness to learn

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Generating new customer leads to increase revenue, including cold-calling when necessary
- Networking using social media and referrals to develop new sales opportunities
- Sales support to the President, Sales Manager and Construction Manager, including schedule management
- Liaison between customer and company
- Represent Premier Built garages at our partner facilities and on retail floor.
- Represent Premier Built Garages at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events or demonstrations as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of Premier Built Garages products including models, model options, standard specifications and warranty programs
- Provide a high standard of customer services (both external and internal) for the company, through proper and timely communication

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong technology skills and willingness to learn new technology
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proven sales and lead generation abilities
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
- Be honest and trustworthy, respectful and demonstrate sound work ethics
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to effectively communicate with all types of staff, including laborers, technical, professional and upper management
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle required
- Comfortable navigating city roadways

- Sales: 2 years
- Residential Construction: 1+ year

Required license or certification:

- Driver's Licence

**Salary**: Up to $110,897.84 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
