We are seeking a **detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk** to join our growing team. If you’re organized, love keeping things accurate, and enjoy making sure the numbers line up, this could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you'll manage customer transactions, maintain up-to-date financial records, and follow up on outstanding accounts. You’ll work across multiple systems—including QuickBooks and other platforms—to keep our accounts in order and our customers informed.

**What You’ll Do**
- Accurately enter sales receipts and invoices into QuickBooks and other internal systems
- Post payments and reconcile accounts across multiple software platforms
- Prepare and send monthly statements to customers
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate reporting
- Assist with month-end reconciliation and financial documentation
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records and client communications

**Who You Are**
- Experienced in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a similar finance role
- Comfortable using QuickBooks.
- Detail-driven, with strong analytical and math skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage tasks independently
- A clear communicator, especially when discussing billing with customers or collaborating with your team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 42.5 per week
