Orillia, Canada Champlain Ready Mix Full time

Independently owned and operated for more than 30 years, our ready-mix concrete companies located in Muskoka, Parry Sound, Barrie, Orillia and Lorneville (5 locations in total) service a large area extending from the French River to the Kawartha Lakes.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Batching concrete to customer specification.
- Ensure driver efficiency and on time delivery.
- Prepare operation schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality.
- Maintenance of systems including aggregate, batch, mixer, etc.
- Complete inspection reports on systems and report any issues for follow-up.
- Knowledge of aggregate system, batch system and mixer system and how they operate.
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times, particularly when dealing with stressful situations.

Requirements for this job:

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
- Intermediate computer and math skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Management experience would be considered an asset.
