We offer a wide variety of financial products and services including lease-to-own merchandise, unsecured and secured installment loans, direct-to-consumer auto loans, and point-of-sale financing to over 4,000 merchants in the powersports, automotive, retail, home improvement, and health sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviews loan documents to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and within LendCare's policies and procedures.
- Maintains constant awareness for loan product and system improvements to enhance service and production.
- Conclude on all applicable financial and non-financial criteria and develop loan repayment plans.
- Loan processors must be able to verify all documentation provided by the applicants when they applied for a loan. This includes pay stubs, income tax returns, bank accounts, and other documentation.
- Follow up with merchants to clarify important points

**Requirements**:

- At least a year of customer service experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingual in English and French
- Fulltime availability (40 hours/week) and ability to work in our head office in Montreal

**Schedule: Monday to Friday between 1:00 pm-9:00 pm and alternate Saturdays.**
