A Project Coordinator is accountable for supporting the Project Manager and performing a wide variety of administrative duties required throughout a construction project lifecycle. The ultimate goal is to ensure that all projects are supported by completing any task assigned including; project documentation, administrative assistance, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring resource availability. - Completion of a Construction Management diploma or Engineering degree preferred.
- Completion of or working towards completion of the PMP designation is an asset.
- Exposure to or some work experience in interior systems on commercial or industrial projects.
- Ability to **w**ork under tight deadlines, independently or in a team setting.
- Task focused with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs as required.
- Excellent **written** and **oral communication** skills and the ability to work in both **team** and **self-directed** environments.

**What will you be doing**:

- The majority of your time will be spent in the office ensuring the project is well planned, organized, and timelines established
- You will keep the stakeholders informed and provide support on labour and materials.
- You will maintain a positive working relationship with customers who would re-engage the Company on future projects.
- All submittals and change orders will be done efficiently and accurately.
- From time to time, this role may provide estimating support. It will be crucial to understand the role the Estimator plays in the organization.
