**Office Manager Position**

**Office Manager Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism when communicating with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ensure the smooth operation of phone systems and other office equipment, coordinating repairs or maintenance when necessary
- Plan and assist with calendar management for meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
- Management of Leads by gathering initial information and assigning to the correct salesperson
- Assist with invoice processing and tracking

**Office Manager Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
