**Role**
We’re seeking entry level Recruiters who want to learn about the world of technology recruitment (no experience necessary) and hit the ground running and maximise their earning potential. You will be working within a motivated and sociable team and must be able to demonstrate good teamwork. Having impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, you will also be self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
The experience gained in this position helps to lay an essential foundation of understanding FDM’s business model, equipping you with a well-rounded perspective on the business. For those who demonstrate the interest and aptitude, FDM Recruiters may have the opportunity to progress into a sales role, or to continue their career in recruitment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meet and exceed individual recruitment targets
- Conduct and assess telephone interviews
- Run and lead events such as opening evenings or assessment centres
**Essential Criteria**
- Educated to diploma level or have equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambitious and target driven
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and administration abilities
- Able to build effective professional relationships internally and externally and be a team player
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Professional approach
**Desirable Criteria (not essential)**
- Experience of working in a target based environment
- Experience/understanding of the IT industry

**Salary**: $15.74-$39.81 per hour
