**Duties**
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple orders simultaneously
- Follow food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Assist in inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs
- High quality closing of kitchen while maintaining cleanliness standards

**Skills**
- Experience in serving, food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform meal preparation efficiently under pressure during busy hours
- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and food safety practices
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are preferred
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering quality food experiences
