The successful applicant will be responsible for providing comprehensive travel planning services to our esteemed guests, as well as providing advice on destinations, activities, and any other related topics.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of travel consulting experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal fluency in English (French is an asset).
- Comprehensive knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations, with knowledge of the North American travel market, an asset.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid work authorization.

**Job Duties will include (but not be limited to)**:

- Utilize strong sales skills to promote travel packages and close deals.
- Create customized travel plans based on clients' needs and budgets.
- Offer expert advice to enhance clients' vacation experiences and ensure great value.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel planning process.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Use preferred suppliers to book travel and manage reservations.
- Handle all travel booking paperwork and keep organized client records.
- Address customer complaints professionally and effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
