Intco Canada Division is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic sales team and help expand our presence in the Canadian and U.S. markets.
**Job Summary**
The Account Manager position at Intco Canada is responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle, including the management and servicing of customer orders. This role involves coordinating with the manufacturer to ensure that private label products and orders are delivered and scheduled for production accurately. Meeting sales targets is a key aspect of this position. Effective communication between manufacturing sites and the Canadian office is crucial for success in this role.
**Duties**
- Develop new business opportunities, prospect potential clients, schedule web meetings, prepare presentations and demos, write proposals, and ultimately secure new business.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, certificates, production schedules, and shipping information.
- Foster steady sales growth and deliver exceptional customer service to long-term clients.
- Achieve or exceed the company's monthly sales performance goals
- Visit customers to introduce Intco products, develop business opportunities, attend trade shows, and collaborate with global teams around the world.
- Oversee international shipping and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Flexible in working schedules.
**Skills**
- Communication**:Fluent in Mandarin and English**; Excellent communication, people and organizational skills. Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Teamwork and Leadership: Work collaboratively as a team player and provide leadership to achieve success for both the team and the company.
- Possess knowledge of sales techniques which provides excellent presentations and customer services
- Data Analysis: Utilize customer service experience to manage clients from various industries effectively.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer challenges with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Organization: Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Time Management: Employ time management and multitasking skills to transition seamlessly between client accounts.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest industry best practices and trends.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
