Vending Field Service Specialist

**Company Overview**: We are an expanding vending machine business, providing innovative and efficient solutions for various industries. As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated and self-sufficient **Vending Field Service Specialist** to support our vending machine operations across multiple locations. This mobile role involves assisting with servicing machines, sourcing inventory, and supporting our management team while ensuring smooth operations on the ground.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Location Visits & Inspections**:
- Drive to various vending machine locations, inspect machines, and ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Communicate with clients to resolve any issues they may have with the vending machines.
- **Machine Servicing & Filling**:
- Refill vending machines with products, ensuring they are fully stocked and functional.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of vending machines to ensure they remain operational.
- **Machine Moving & Setup**:
- Assist in the relocation or setup of vending machines at new or existing locations as required.
- **Inventory & Supply Management**:
- Source and track inventory and supplies for vending machine operations.
- Ensure that all products are available and stocked efficiently to meet customer demand.
- **Cash Collection & Reporting**:
- Collect money from each vending machine, ensuring accurate record-keeping of all cash collected.
- Report daily activities and cash collections to management.
**Requirements**:
- Clean driving record (must be able to provide a valid driver’s license and driving history).
- Own a minivan to start, capable of transporting inventory and supplies.
- Possess personal auto insurance (the company will not be liable for any accidents while driving).
- Ability to drive frequently to multiple locations.
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude for maintaining vending machines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and management.
**Compensation & Benefits**:
- Gas reimbursement of $40 per week.
- Opportunity to grow within an expanding business.
- Hands-on training in vending machine operations.
