- About the Job
- The Administrator of Commodities will report to the Supervisor, Inside Operations and will be based out of our Toronto facility. The Administrator of Commodities will be responsible for the day to day silver transactions for the Toronto Branch.
- What we’re looking for
- The Administrator of Commodities will be working closely with the Supervisor, Inside Operations, as they will deal with daily and monthly reporting, physical and non-physical movements as well as direction to those within the Silver area specifically.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Keep accurate and up to date physical inventories
- Track daily and monthly market values
- Responsible for physical movements and staging for incoming and outgoing product
- Responsible for billing and administration
- Working with current and future customers for long and short term opportunities.

Ideally you will have:

- Day to day trading knowledge
- High analytical skills for reporting and balancing
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle detailed instructions under pressure
- Customer focus oriented
