**The Role: Coordinator, Community Business Lending**

**_ A typical day would involve: _**
- Liaise with internal staff and external solicitors as they relate to document preparation.
- Prepare accurate and timely documents for new and existing loans including amendment,
renewal and interest paid letters.
- Program accurate set up of new and existing loans including auto reviews and proactively
timely funding of assigned loans consistent with members completion date.
- Process and administer renewal of loan maturities, draw requests and CRM requests

**You Have**:

- Advanced - Knowledge of relevant Vancity products, policies, procedures, systems, tools,
products and services.
- Basic - Communication and interpersonal skills to respond to queries, explain policies and
procedures and exchange information to assist the designated functional unit or
program/project.
- Basic - Knowledge of the concepts, practices and techniques of the related field.
- Basic - Knowledge of Vancity strategies, functions and programs.
- Solid - Knowledge of the relevant Vancity policies, procedures, systems and software.
- Solid - Planning and coordination skills to organize own work assignments and ensure timely
completion of tasks.

**Education**:

- High School Diploma - General
- Post Secondary Education/Diploma - Related Discipline

**The Team**:

- In this role, you will report directly to the Manager, Administration Community Business.
