**What’s a day like as a Fleet Assist Coordinator?**

Schedule requested and/or required repairs in a timely manner and provide follow up when needed.

Schedule required preventive maintenance for our customers.

Conduct research on history of equipment using available resources.

Provide customers and vendors with product and service information.

Process tickets, invoices, reviews and warranty claims.

Handle and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, escalate priority issues when required.

Complies with all Carrier Truck Centers’ policies and procedures including Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Minimum of 3 years customer service experience is required.

Any experience/knowledge of transportation maintenance and /or dispatching would be considered an asset.

Possesses advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially excel and database management.

Bilingual in French/English would be a definite asset.

Has the ability to adapt to daily changes in a fast paced environment, work well under pressure with good organization and planning expertise.

Is self-motivated, independent and a team player with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail.

Understands the importance of Customer Service and strives for excellence while demonstrating good oral and written communication.

Must have the ability to work a rotating shift including Days and Afternoons.

Must have the ability to work occasional on call shifts
