Pharmasave Esquimalt has an opening for a permanent part time cashier/merchandiser. 3 shifts per week. We are 100% locally owned and operated.

Duties will include: Cashier, lotto, merchandising, stocking, and general duties.

Store hours are Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm, M-F 9:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using a POS till

Wage is flexible based on current experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 26 per week
