We are currently seeking a **Sales & Leasing Representative** to add to our team and provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our full range of vehicles here at Kia North Bay

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Utilize sales expertise to effectively present vehicles and guide customers through the decision-making process.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
- Problem-solve and find innovative solutions to meet customer expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills. (bilingual would be a plus)
- Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative mindset.
- Passion for automobiles and the automotive industry.
