We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help us expand our presence in the market.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the construction industry. You will work closely with our project management and operations teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet those needs. You will be the face of the company, representing our brand to potential clients, ensuring a positive customer experience, and developing long-term relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients in the construction industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss project requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track and report sales activities and progress through CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the company’s presence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and the ability to present technical information to clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $35,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
