**Duties**

*Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.

*Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.

*Support outside sales efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.

*Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address inquiries related to products or services.

*Collaborate with technical sales teams to understand product specifications and relay information effectively to clients.

*Participate in business development initiatives by identifying potential leads and opportunities for growth.

*Negotiate terms with customers under the guidance of senior sales staff to close deals effectively.

*Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining organized records of client interactions.

**Requirements**:
*Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.

*Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

*Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

*Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is advantageous.

*Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage client expectations.

*Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

*A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and services.

Pay: $18.49-$20.73 per hour

Additional pay:
