**LEXUS ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER**
- Managerial experience is an asset
- Experience in Pre-Owned Vehicles
- The ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc.
- A Strong working knowledge of motivation, training, appraisal and general supervisory skills
- Leadership abilities and team building skills
- The ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- The ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
- The ability to pay attention to detail
- The ability to multi task
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork
- A solid sales background and proven track record of your achievements, personally or professionally
- Excellent listening skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess a valid OMVIC license

**Salary**: $95,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kitchener, ON N2A 1B1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- automotive sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- OMVIC (required)
- Canadian Residency or Valid Canadian Work Permit (required)
