**About Us**:My Home Handyman is a leading handyman services provider dedicated to delivering top-notch repairs, solutions, and renovations for our clients. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and professional development.

**About You**:You're an energetic, organized, self-starter and have a passion to provide clients with top notch service. You are organized, a strong multi-tasker and enjoy being on the front line communicating and coordinating with clients and team members. You enjoy interacting with new people and are able to build strong relationships quicker than most people.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering the main office phone line in a friendly and professional manner.
- Reviewing the main office inbox.
- Following up with potential clients to ensure we have all the required information.
- Entering the client and potential job information into our tracking software.
- Communicating with our full time customer service team to ensure we are being responsive to all clients and on all potential jobs.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent client relations skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Highly organized and able to track multiple clients and potential jobs at the same time.
- Able to receive constructive criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
- Self-starter able to think on their feet and work independently.
- Team player that is not afraid to share thoughts and ideas.
- Construction experience is an asset
