***You have**:
- A university Degree in Business Administration or Commerce, or College Diploma in relevant field combined with an acceptable level of experience.
- Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking).
- Demonstrated competence and relevant experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft CRM, with the ability to action data fixes and business process related queries.
- An in-depth understanding of business policy/process review and development, preferably in a research or grant-making setting.
- An enhance knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting as well as performance indicator monitoring and development.
**You are**:
- A skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact and develop relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Client-focused, able to deliver your objectives while working under pressure using your initiative and sound judgment.
- A team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures.
**You are interested in**:
- Drafting and reviewing new policies/procedures and updates.
- Extracting and analyzing grant portfolio data to support the preparation of reports and analyses shared across the Centre, including to the Executive.
- Data sources and metrics best used to forecast and assess performance, through both existing approaches and developing new ones.
- Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.
