If you love the energy of live events, the rush of service, and inspiring teams to greatness, this is the role for you. **Your Mission**:As the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader who ensures our front-of-house and bar operations run smoothly, our staff is motivated and sharp, and every guest leaves impressed. You'll lead with integrity, own your space, and drive both service standards and sales performance. From training new servers to managing the floor on a game day — you set the tone. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead, coach, and inspire FOH team members including servers, bartenders, hosts, concession team and event staff - Oversee day-to-day operations for restaurant service, premium suites, concessions, and event bars - Execute flawless service on both game nights and non-event days - Develop and enforce steps of service, hospitality standards, and team culture - Partner with culinary leadership to ensure menu knowledge, execution, and service alignment - Manage scheduling, shift coverage, floor plans, and staff assignments - Provide real-time feedback and performance coaching to grow your team - Lead pre-shift meetings that are high-energy, informative, and motivational - Monitor quality control: service timing, table touches, guest satisfaction, cleanliness - Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members - Handle guest recovery moments with poise, professionalism, and a hospitality-first mindset - Track inventory, assist with ordering, and ensure bar and service stations are stocked and organized - Bring creativity and leadership to special events, giveaways, and in-venue experiences **What You Bring**: - Proven experience managing in a restaurant, event, or hospitality environment - Deep understanding of what WOW-level service looks and feels like - Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and growing teams - Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with a calm, clear head - A "lead by example" attitude — hands-on, energetic, and unafraid to jump in - Smart, thoughtful decision-making under pressure - Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and service workflows - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed **Why Join Us?** - Be part of something new and exciting in the community - Work in a high-energy environment where hospitality is celebrated - Opportunities for growth, leadership, and impact - Supportive team culture with high standards and big hearts - Competitive salary, perks, and event access Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay - Tips **Benefits**: - Discounted or free food - Flexible schedule - On-site parking Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - Overtime - Weekends as needed **Experience**: - Supervising: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - Smart Choices (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-05-15
