Billing Clerk

**Company Overview**

**IN PERSON JOB ONLY**
- Invoice customers with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify customer’s credit to prior to releasing order
- Verify if customer meets minimum for free shipping
- Process credit card payments
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries related to billing.
- Enter new customers in system
- Investigate any invoice discrepancy

**Qualifications**:

- Vocational diploma or DEC in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of related experience required
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook, Excel is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills; English (oral & written) required - Fluency in French not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability in meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented, reliable with good organizational and problem solving skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Team player

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
