**Key Responsibilities**:

- Issuing customer invoices
- Managing customer credit card payments
- Following up on progressive billings with customers
- Making collection calls to customers
- Other customer communications
- Entering supplier invoices
- Verifying supplier account statements
- Reconciling corporate credit cards
- Other administrative tasks

**What you need for this role**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or College Diploma (DEC) in Accounting or related field
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (most of our clients are based in the U.S.)
- Comfortable with multi-currency billing (USD, CAD)
- Strong follow-up skills with diplomacy and professionalism
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail, accuracy, autonomy, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Versatility and initiative
- Experience with Genius/NetSuite (a strong asset)
