**Front Desk Manager**
As the Front Desk Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our guest experience, ensuring every arrival, stay, and departure is seamless and memorable. You’ll lead and inspire the front desk team, foster a culture of hospitality excellence, and take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
**What will YOU be doing as a Front Desk Manager?**
- Demonstrates what it means to be a ‘Guest Services Champion’ for the role modelling welcoming hospitality and exemplifying excellence in service for the Guest Services team
- Resolves customer complaints; assists customers in all inquiries concerning hotel services, hours of operations, in-house events, directions, etc.
- Work in complete unison with Front Office and Reservations teams to deliver a “Best in Class” arrival/departure experiences and unique service experiences for all guests during their stay
- Always maintains a sense of lobby presence and guest assistance, supporting the Front Office and acting as a Lobby Ambassador
- Owns full departmental cycle recruitment efforts such as conducting interviews, hiring, and departmental onboarding

- Strong in quickly building relationships with others, a genuine connector
- Energetic with a confident, positive attitude, driven to deliver elevated guest experiences
- Professional and well organized with excellent communication skills in French and English, multilingual is a strong asset
- Aptitudes in resolving issues and ability to think on your feet
- Must have the ability to supervise, mentor, train, and motivate a team
- Proficiency with various software systems, including Microsoft Office
- A working knowledge of Fosse PMS would be a substantial benefit
**Salary information: $55,000 - $60,000 per year**
- Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: (Customer service leadership, Hospitality or tourism industry experience, Hotel or property management systems knowledge, Conflict resolution and problem-solving,Team supervision and staff training, Sales and upselling techniques, Event coordination or concierge services,Strong administrative and organizational skills)_
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
