**What You’ll Do**:
**You’ll act with integrity to**:
- Welcome customers, with service provided to the highest professional standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests ensuring food and beverage service is delivered in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer/guest complaints and escalate issues to Coordinator appropriately and to ensure problems are satisfactorily resolved.
**You’ll support our collaboration as you**:
- Provide a positive, enthusiastic approach while promoting cooperative and effective working relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Work with the culinary team to ensure efficient service, quality food and presentation.
- Stock and replenish products, utensils in the Quorum Café and Grab n’ Go area.
**How You Qualify**:
**You demonstrate excellence through your**:
- Ensuring of service supplies and food inventory are organized and accounted for per established procedures.
- Cleaning of tables and ensuring Quorum Café meet health and safety standards,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist customers, discuss pricing and follow the supervisor’s direction.
- Superior customer services skills to resolve problems and assist customers effectively.
- Utilization of the P.O.S. system to record transactions accurately and basic math skills to perform point-of-sale duties and ability to calculate and return exact change when required by payment method.
- Compliance with all Health and Safety requirements ensuring correct work procedures are followed, communicating hazard information and control procedures.
- Secondary high school graduation certificate or a related diploma in the hospitality industry or up to 3 months of on-the-job experience.
- Exceptional time management and problem solving skills, capable of multi-tasking and taking initiative.
