**About the Role**:
The Growth Marketing Manager at Snaplii is responsible for spearheading our efforts to solidify and expand our market presence across the United States. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in digital marketing and a proven track record in driving growth within the tech industry. You will leverage deep insights into market trends and digital technologies to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engagement.
**Responsibilities**
1. Experimentation & Growth Loops
- Design and execute scalable growth strategies, utilizing growth loops (e.g., referral programs, user-generated content) to drive organic and viral user acquisition.
- Build a structured growth experimentation framework to continuously test, iterate, and optimize strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR).
- Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and propose solutions to improve key growth metrics.
2. Digital Marketing & Full Funnel Optimization
- Develop multi-channel growth campaigns across paid and organic platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, YouTube), focusing on rapid iteration and performance optimization.
- Implement and optimize user acquisition funnels, leveraging data to reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC) and improve lifetime value (LTV).
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance the product experience, improving onboarding, activation, and product adoption.
3. Data-Driven Strategy & Performance Measurement
- Analyze key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, retention rate, ROAS) to identify opportunities for optimization and scale.
- Use cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and predictive modeling to understand user behavior and guide marketing strategies.
- Maintain real-time dashboards and reporting to monitor campaign and funnel performance, ensuring prompt adjustments to tactics.
- Conduct A/B tests on landing pages, creatives, and messaging to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
4. Strategic Growth Partnerships
- Identify and manage partnerships that contribute to measurable growth, including performance-based influencer collaborations and co-marketing opportunities.
- Develop performance-driven collaboration models with external partners to drive acquisition and referral traffic.
- Build relationships with key influencers and industry players to unlock new growth channels and revenue streams.
5. Content & Performance Optimization
- Create performance-driven content strategies for marketing channels, with a focus on increasing conversions and engagement.
- Continuously optimize content through data analysis, adjusting tactics to maximize channel effectiveness.
6. Retention, Referral, and Engagement
- Implement strategies to improve user retention through personalized marketing automation, loyalty programs, and targeted re-engagement campaigns.
- Develop referral programs and user incentives to increase organic acquisition through word-of-mouth marketing.
- Analyze user feedback and engagement data to refine lifecycle marketing efforts and enhance user experience.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure seamless integration of growth initiatives with product features and user experience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, cross-departmental meetings, and industry events to stay updated on growth opportunities and emerging trends.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving scalable, data-driven growth initiatives (including acquisition, retention, and referral).
- 3+ years of experience working at a startup focused on mobile apps, offering digital products or services directly to consumers (B2C).
