- Correct hazards and safety concerns within their control and capabilities. Engage in HSE training. Quality Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation and quality procedures such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), and visual standards.

**_To be successful in this role you will need the following: _**

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering or facility management, or a similar field is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years experience in maintenance.
- Previous managerial experience is a bonus.
- Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial role
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
- Works with Senior Project Manager as a support resource on projects
- Maintains the CMMS and reports on KPI's (MTTF, MTTR, Machine/Asset Uptime, OEE etc.)
