**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations
- Experience as a prep cook or line cook is preferred
- Ability to hand-stretch pizza dough and familiarity with wood stone ovens is an asset
- Warm and welcoming personality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Can prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work different shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients for producing Sourdough and Take-and-Bake Pizza and Artisanal Sandwiches by:

- Measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food products
- Cook fresh pizza according to production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Assist in training of new Team Members
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
- Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Handling customer service inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Embrace and champion the use of real ingredients to produce real food

Position Details
- Position type: Full-Time
- Location: Freson Bros. Fresh Market - Fort Saskatchewan
- Wage: $15-20 / hour (minimum $13.50 for students under 18 years of age)
