With operations across Canada and United States, Bento brings together a dynamic team of people with diverse backgrounds, experience, and talent, to create an exceptional guest experience. **Locations and hours** - Ontario Warehouse: 25 Sims Crescent, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1K9 | Monday to Friday **Warehouse Coordinator** The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible to monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing and coordinating day to day warehouse activities such as ordering, receiving and storing goods, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods to internal and external locations. **Responsibilities**: - Work closely with management team for smooth warehouse operations. - Maintain and control over 800 SKU in picking location. - Manage various logistics and supply chain related projects. - Able to coordinate and meet deadline for shipping. - Ensure that freight requirements are completed on a daily basis and scheduled based on defined lead times. - Must be able to maintain productivity standards. - Knowledge in ERP and health and safety. - Focus on effective functioning of warehouse KPI’s. **Qualifications**: - Minimum high school diploma. - Minimum 2 years of related experience in warehouse environment, supply chain with diverse product and sourcing portfolios; consumer packaged goods experience preferred; food experience a plus. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. - Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers. - Strong sense of urgency and results oriented. - Knowledge of Mandarin will be an asset. **Why you should join our team**: - Full Time starting immediately at **$18.50/hour**. - Power of Collaboration: Live our core values - "Own it", "Care about it", "Make it exceptional", and "Win together" - as we work together to create better food for everyone, the Japanese way. - Competitive Rewards: Upon meeting eligibility criteria reap the benefits of a comprehensive compensation package with Health services spending account (HSSA), life insurance, and travel insurance benefits at no cost to you and retirement plans that recognize your outstanding contribution. - Ignite Your Potential: Fuel your growth with extensive training and opportunities for career advancement, empowering you to unleash your full potential. - Champion Diversity and Inclusion: We proudly celebrate and champion employment equity, diversity, and inclusion through our Affinity Committee, ensuring that every voice is empowered and heard. - Lead the Sustainability Revolution: As part of our commitment to ESG, our Sustainability Committee drives our environmental initiatives and champions sustainable practices.
