We are looking for professional, service-driven **Waiters** and **Bartenders** to join our hospitality team at the **National Bank Open** — one of Canada’s most prestigious sporting events. You’ll be serving a wide range of guests including VIPs, athletes, and spectators in exclusive lounges, restaurant-style settings, and high-energy bar environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Waiter Duties**
- Provide outstanding table service in VIP lounges and general dining areas.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and respond to guest questions and dietary needs.
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset for service.
- Deliver an elevated experience that aligns with the premium atmosphere of the event.

**Bartender Duties**
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks quickly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas.
- Monitor alcohol consumption and adhere to provincial serving regulations.
- Replenish stock and assist with bar setup and breakdown.
- Engage guests with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in restaurant, bar, catering, or event service.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining a calm, polished demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work long hours, weekends, throughout the tournament.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: From $12.90 per hour
