- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Assist in daily home upkeep and organization.
- Support the ongoing operations of the home-based learning centre.
- Anticipate needs and plan ahead for household and learning schedules.
- Execute tasks with thoroughness and efficiency.
- Manage supplies, inventories, and room setups for activities.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and safe environment for all users.
- Coordinate and communicate with other team members or service providers as needed.

- Diligent, detail-oriented, and able to follow thoughtful processes.
- Proactive and able to anticipate future needs.
- Naturally well-organized and excels at planning.

- Previous experience supporting home or operations management strongly preferred.
