**Cook Job Description**

Success in this role means being adaptable with a wide range of cooking methods, consistently delivering high-quality dishes, and balancing multiple orders without sacrificing quality.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Act in alignment with the mission and core values of Sauvage.
- Adhere to all restaurant policies, standards, procedures, and training programs.
- Consistently prepare and serve food in accordance with recipes, portioning, cooking, and presentation standards.
- Follow established cash handling and reconciliation procedures when applicable.
- Prepare and cook complete meals as well as individual dishes.
- Assist in overseeing kitchen operations and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
- Learn and participate in foraging, conservation practices, and the preservation of wild foods.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
