Line Cook & Prep Cook

The Bro'kin Yolk Canmore is hiring motivated, reliable, and hard working people to join our team Our hours are 7:30am to 1:30pm.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared consistently and efficiently
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary
