As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Cladding Project Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of multiple construction projects at various stages of completion. This position supports the project team through effective coordination and management of assigned subcomponents within the overall project.

**What You’ll Do**
- Act as a liaison between project managers, installers, manufacturers, and site teams to ensure timely and efficient coordination and execution of cladding systems
- Maintain an up-to-date schedule of current and upcoming production jobs
- Aid in the production of shop drawings using AutoCAD
- Provide General Contractors and consultants with, but not limited to, submittals, warranties, close-out documents, RFI’s CO’s, schedules, safety and relevant documentation throughout a project’s lifecycle.
- Aid in the development of access, lift, workflow, and logístical plans.
- Prepare and track weekly coordination reports, intended work processes, submittal schedules, and mockups as per project specifications
- Participate in meetings, both internal and external, to ensure clear communication and coordination between teams
- Serve as a key liaison between supervisors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution

**What You Bring to the Team**
- Experience working with cladding, façade systems, architectural panels, or exterior envelope construction is an asset
- Education in a diploma program such as Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or a building science program is an asset
- Experience in AutoCAD, MS Office, Bluebeam or other estimating and takeoff programs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
