**Maintenance Supervisor**

- Oversee a vibrant and motivated maintenance staff made up on industrial electricians and Industrial mechanics
- Oversee timekeeping for the department
- Oversee and mentor root cause analysis and the development of sustaining countermeasures
- Provide technical support to the maintenance team.
- Keep departmental metrics and oversee actions and initiatives to maximize performance.
- Oversee 6S implementation and support in the maintenance area.
- Able to work flexible hours when required.
- Be motivated team player.
- Be a continuous improvement leader.
- Understand lean manufacturing as it relates to maintenance.
- Be fluent in the use of computerized maintenance management systems.
- Have exposure to professional maintenance practices.
- Have excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Be able to influence their team by working with them.
- Have excellent ability to communicate, both written and verbally.
- Have a firm understanding of root cause analysis and sustaining actions.
- Have a broad technical skill set as it relates to Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and controls systems.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory position.
- Red Seal trade or technical graduate (technologist and above).
