**We are looking for**:
A part time Receptionist to join our dynamic team every Saturday in our Mississauga office, with the potential for more hours throughout the week when needed. In this role, you will be a part of our Assessment Services Department, and will be responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

**You should have**:

- An ability to articulate your thoughts clearly and professionally, in a verbal and written context
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Resilience and the ability to adapt to fluid demands
- An ability to “think on your feet” and use your critical thinking skills to problem solve, and make decisions that are best for the team
- Completion of high school
- Healthcare industry experience for a minimum of 3 years is preferred
- Solid PC skills with proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience and proficient use of SmartSimple, eClaims Workflow and Expeflow is an asset

***You will**:

- Answer phones and transfer them to the appropriate staff member
- Resolve client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Act as a key point of contact for claimants, clients and healthcare professionals
- Ensure office is within our health and safety guidelines
- Understand and execute our Service Level Agreements to ensure our clients and healthcare professionals are receiving high service.
