**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The Parts Clerk is responsible for supporting the Maintenance department by issuing parts requisitions, keeping up inventory integrity, proper receiving and storage of purchased items, and the preparation of parts for shipment.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
**Duties**:

- To follow CuBE Packaging safety policies and procedures.
- Assist and support technicians in acquisition of needed parts.
- To maintain required stock levels of parts.
- To own and maintain the system integrity of the storeroom information.
- To keep the parts area in a clean and tidy manner.
- To submit Purchase requisitions for needed parts on a timely basis.
- To maintain inventory control and report any discrepancy immediately to the maintenance manager.
- To conduct weekly cycle counts on parts to verify count, location, and system accuracy.
- To receive purchased parts from the shipping area and store them in their proper location.
- To conduct inspections on incoming parts to ensure they are complete/undamaged.
- To package/prepare damaged parts for shipping outside of the facility.
- To adhere to the CuBE TPM program, documentation and feedback requirements
- To support and constructively collaborate with all office and plant personnel
- Non-routine tasks as required
- Special projects as required

**Skills/ Experience**
- Safety awareness and a responsible work ethic
- Ability to build upon and maintain the CMMS Systems as it pertains to responsibilities
- Capable of lifting and moving parts up to and including 50lbs in weight.
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work to outlined standards and look for opportunities for improvements
- Analytical approach to problem-solving
- Able to work safely, responsibly without constant supervision
- Forklift license an asset
- Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical sensors an asset.
