**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to facilitate project planning.
- Manage schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track.
- Prepare project documentation including estimates, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Support the estimating process by gathering data and preparing cost estimates for materials and labor.
- Maintain organized records of all project-related documents for easy access by team members.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in project management or coordination within the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in using construction management software to streamline project workflows.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
