_**Anytime Fitness**_ is looking for an energetic, driven full-time Personal Trainer to join our team Anytime Fitness is a premier fitness facility, where we strive to help our members through coaching and community support. We are seeking a Certified Personal Trainer who is highly motivated with a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness, nutrition, and recovery. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Fitness Consultations for new club members - includes goal setting, a fitness assessment, sample workout, and recommendation of our training programs
- Train clients to reach their fitness goals and improve their quality of life through customized 1-1 Personal Training and/or Group Training
- Administer and explain body composition scans for clients
- Engage with members on the club floor to attract new clients and create a positive gym environment
- Partner alongside member sales team to promote membership growth, including personal sales targets
- Attend weekly/monthly team meetings
- Ensures facility cleanliness and tidiness

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Accredited Personal Training Certification (ie. ACE, NASM, etc.)
- Continued learner - demonstrates a drive for career development through continued education and leadership opportunities.
- Remains current on certifications, continuing education and new trends in the industry.
- Knowledge of fitness and program design, using the tools given to optimize client results.
- Time management skills.
- Interpersonal Skills - excitement to approach prospective clients in a gym setting.
- Ability to work with clients from all walks of life, abilities and goals.
- Team player - ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- 1+ years of experience in Personal Training (nice to have - not required)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$51.00 per hour
