**Description**:
The IBP Settlement team is responsible for all settlement functions in accordance with business unit guidelines and requirements.

As Team Lead, IBP Settlement, your responsibilities will include: Ÿ

Maintaining a close working relationship with the Supervisors, IBP Settlement

Ÿ
Providing support and guidance to the IBP Settlement Analysts

Ÿ
Lead the daily activities of the analysts to ensure timely and accurate weekly settlement of approximately 7000 independent business partners.

Ÿ
Ensure the resolution of all IBP questions/issues within a reasonable timeframe

Ÿ
Fostering, promoting, and maintaining an effective, positive team-based environment through coaching, training, and communication in accordance with overall business objectives

Ÿ
Communicating with internal and external departments on all IBP related activities to resolve discrepancies and take corrective action when necessary

Ÿ
Investigate Independent Business Partner scan based trading issues

Ÿ
Understanding the details and complexities of the IBP Settlement system and processes

Ÿ
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the US business on IBP Settlement issues

Ÿ
Acting as a key liaison with depots and their operations throughout the US

Ÿ
Fostering the continuous improve of the IBP Settlement process

Ÿ
Performing special projects as required

**Position Requirements**:
Qualifications include:
Ÿ
Excellent leadership skills, ability to support the team, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Ÿ
Strong problem solving, good decision making and ability to adapt to changing conditions due to a high volume and fast paced environment

Ÿ
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Ÿ
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent knowledge of AS400 (BUSS)

Ÿ
Flexibility for changes in work schedule in order to support US business operations.
