**Kre8tive Agency**, a locally owned, St. Albert-based digital marketing agency, is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join their growing team. Hours will be part-time to start, with the possibility of more hours going forward, working 10 to 15 hours (between 9 am and 5 pm MST, Monday - Friday) per week.

The successful SEO Specialist has extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. They will manage all search engine optimization activitiesincluding keyword research and on-page SEO as well as writing meta titles and descriptions that convert well. They understand how to implement schema markup, alt tags, and other on-page tasks.

**You may be a good fit for this role if you have**
- 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience
- Understanding of common SEO tools and best SEO practices
- Experienced in off-page SEO including backlinks and citations
- Proven ability to develop SEO strategies including keyword and competitor research
- Experienced with SEO campaigns including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, an asset
- Degree or diploma in Marketing or Communications, an asset

**The Role**:

- Conduct preliminary SEO audits and present findings via video conference with clients
- Work closely with clients and creative team, including blog writers and social media staff, to ensure brand consistency
- Drive traffic to the website and explore new ways to reach and engage with our clients’ communities
- Monitor, measure, and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against set objectives to the Creative Director as well as directly with the respective client

$23/hr - $27/hr depending on experience. Advancement opportunities are available for the right person.
