Pay: $1,600–$2,000 base + high performance bonuses (earn up to $4,000/month)
About CaMart
CaMart is one of the Niagara Region's fastest-growing cellphone and electronics startups, with stores in St. Catharines and Welland.
We sell and repair phones, laptops, and tech accessories — and we're now launching CaMart Media, a full-service marketing agency helping local businesses grow through ads, videos, and social media.
We're looking for a driven, self-motivated individual who can grow our e-commerce channels and help build CaMart Media into a profitable agency.
You'll start with a chair, a table, and a huge opportunity — to build something real, earn from every deal, and grow into a leadership role as CaMart expands across Canada.
Your Mission
Be the engine of growth — drive CaMart's online sales and content while signing new businesses for CaMart Media that need results-driven digital marketing.
What You'll Do
E-Commerce
- Manage and optimize product listings on Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy.
- Improve titles, images, SEO, and promotions to boost sales.
- Track performance and adjust strategies through analytics and ad results.
Social Media & Ads
- Create and post TikToks, Reels, and Facebook videos showcasing products and repairs.
- Use CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite to design clean, professional visuals.
- Plan and run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
Agency & Client Growth
- Identify local businesses that need help with ads or social media.
- Pitch and close CaMart Media marketing clients (video creation, ad management, branding support).
- Manage client campaigns and build long-term relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or other online marketplaces.
- Working knowledge of social media ads, SEO, and content strategy.
- Confident communicator who can talk to business owners and close deals.
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hungry, creative, and entrepreneurial — someone who wants to grow from scratch.
Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay: $1,600–$2,000/month (during probation)
Bonuses & Commissions:
- $100–$200 for each new marketing client signed.
- $100 for any viral video (20K+ views).
- $100 for hitting monthly e-commerce sales targets.
- Up to $500 monthly performance bonus.
Earning Potential: $3,000–$4,000+ per month.
Growth Path: Promotion to Sales & Marketing Manager or Agency Lead after probation.
