**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
- Accurately process customer orders and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively upsell items.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during all food handling processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in food preparation or knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
