**Responsibilities**: - Consists of setup and operation of milling/saw process in a manufacturing plastics environment. - Mill Operator/Saw Operator is responsible for measuring all dimensions of the parts being produced and completing first article and in process inspections. - Milling/sawing process consists of a conveyor belt and digital controller to set the machines required thickness. - Operators mill/saw sheets in passes to achieve the desired finish and gauge. **Qualifications/Requirements** - Strong mechanical skills - Problem solving abilities - Ability to learn and mater machinery and troubleshooting maintenance - Enjoyment of hands-on-work with production machinery - Perform and analyze quality control monitoring and accurate reporting of production - 1 year experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment - Forklift experience/certification - Able to lift up to >50 lbs, push, pull, stand on a concrete floor **Benefits** We offer a competitive salary with shift premiums and an excellent benefits program including Company paid benefit plan with Group RRSP Pension Plan with matching contributions **Shifts** - Permanent, Full Time Position - 12 hr continental day/night shifts - Averaging agreements in place - 84 hrs biweekly **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Orangeville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
